New-Tec Circuit Sales, Inc., a daughter company of Intertec Services, Inc. is pleased to announce the merger of Kristar Tek LLC and New-Tec Circuit Sales, Inc.
This merger will further enhance the sales/marketing, contract procurement and kitting of integrated components
in both the passive and active arenas. With its enlarged footprint, New-Tec will be even better positioned to
serve our growing client base. Under the New-Tec umbrella Kristar Tek is now an independent stocking distributor of passive and
active components with an inventory of over forty million components.
Carrying not only obsolete hard-to-find components but a mixed variety of standard passive
and active components. All our parts are properly packaged and lot coded for downstream
traceability purposes.
New-Tec has been conducting
business in Silicon Valley since 1993 and is a Materials Management Company that provides solutions for
the high tech industry in remarketing excess/obsolete components, reselling of capital equipment and
destruction capabilities for the recovery of precious metals from the proprietary scrap/reject
components and electronic scrap (E-waste). New-Tec efforts are continuously focused on reducing processing
costs, assessing the potential resell value and evaluating the best method of disposal for all equipment while
supplying detailed reporting of the resell and E-waste/recycling activities.
